PCl<sub>3</sub>-mediated transesterification and aminolysis of <i>tert</i>-butyl esters via acid chloride formation

چکیده
A PCl 3 -mediated conversion of tert-butyl esters into and amides in one-pot under air is developed. This novel protocol highlighted by the synthesis skeletons bioactive molecules gram-scale reactions. Mechanistic studies revealed that this transformation involves formation an acid chloride situ, which followed reactions with alcohols or amines to afford desired products.
